Red Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

● 1 tbsp Koolseed Red Antioxidant (around 20–25 g)

● 1 frozen banana

● 100 ml almond or coconut milk

● 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

● Toppings: sliced strawberries, blueberries, shredded coconut, a bit of granola

How to make:

Blend the banana, milk, and Koolseed until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a bowl.

Top with your favorite fruits and crunchy bits.
