Ingredients (makes about 6–8 balls)
● 2 tbsp Koolseed Original (100% pumpkin seed protein)
● 6 soft dates
● 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
● 1 tsp cacao powder (optional)
● 1 tsp cinnamon
● 1 tsp coconut oil
Toppings: shredded coconut, chia seeds, or a dust of cacao
How to make:
Soak the dates in warm water for 5 minutes to soften.
Blend everything until you get a dough-like texture.
Roll into bite-sized balls with your hands.
Coat with shredded coconut (or whatever topping you vibe with).
Store in the fridge. Grab one whenever you need a quick pick-me-up.
